And at the helm, once again, Marcus Caldwell. He had left a trail of financial wreckage at every stop. But each time, the articles ended with no formal charges, no legal consequences. He always walked away clean, leaving investors and employees in the lurch. This wasn’t an isolated incident. This was a pattern, a carefully constructed scam repeated again and again.
